ORDERS: We accept orders received by phone or fax with "call back" verification, so please provide us with detailed information including your Name, home address and phone number and item(s) you want to buy or order. NTF Communications Inc. guarantees full confidentiality of received information, and will use it only for internal company needs. All orders on items over $200 must be prepaid by 25% of total sale price on all new accounts. All special orders (such as antennas, power amplifiers, digital modems, software etc.) must be prepaid by 30% of total sale price and cannot be canceled. We have no minimum on orders, any order is important to us.

PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice! We always keep prices on a competitive level, however, due to fluctuations in the U.S./Canadian Dollar, a surcharge might apply to items we buy in U.S. Dollars. Prices are updated monthly and accurate at printing. We are not responsible for typographical errors. All prices are in Canadian Dollars and are for Cash, Cheque, Debit Card or Money Order.

PAYMENTS: We accept Cash, Debit Card, Cheque, Money Order, Bank Draft, Visa, Master Card. For orders from USA we accept only Postal Money Orders or Bank Transfers. We can ship orders totalling not more then $1,000 Cdn ( In Canada Only) by Postal C.O.D., you will be required to pay Cash, Certified Cheque or Money Order on delivery, and an additional 6 Dollars (C.O.D. charge by Canada Post) will be added to your invoice. SHIPPING: Shipping cost is 2% of total sale price or a minimum of $10 to cover shipping and insurance charges. Shipping charges on large size and heavy items, such as power supplies, antennas, power amplifiers etc., is 4% of total sale price or a minimum of $20. Most items are shipped within 48 hours by Canada Post Expedited Insured or UPS ground (for medium to large size of equipment). All small items, such books, parts, accessories, small radios, are normally shipped by Canada Post. If you require another method of shipment please contact us for an additional information. Shipment may be billed to your account, please submit company name and an account number with your order. Please check shipment carefully on delivery and notify delivery person of any damage which has occurred. NTF Communications Inc. will replace damaged items at no additional cost.

RETURN: A Return Authorization number (RA#) must be obtained from NTF Communications Inc. prior to returning any merchandise. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid within 3 days of receiving the item. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The item must be received in original and undamaged condition including all original packaging, manuals and warranty card(s). NTF Communications Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return if the item or packaging is found to be in an unacceptable condition. The balance of the purchase amount will be applied to another purchase or credited to the customer's account, we do not offer any cash refunds. These conditions do not apply to items returned for warranty service.

WARRANTY SERVICE: NTF Communications Inc. is an Authorized Service Center for Icom, Yaesu and Alinco equipment. Prior to returning item for service please obtain RA# from us. Item must be shipped freight prepaid, properly packaged and include the copy of your original sale receipt and a note to clearly describe the problem(s), your Name, contact phone number and shipping instructions. Any unauthorized modification or repair will void the warranty. Warranty does not cover: lightning strike, power line surge, static discharge or mechanical damage. After repair or exchange the unit will be returned at no charge to the customer. If no problem is found with the item a minimum of half an hour service and return shipping charges will apply. We provide warranty repairs only on items we sell.

AFTER WARRANTY SERVICE: We also provide after warranty service on most Amateur Radio, SW Receivers and scanners, commercial and marine communications equipment. Prior to shipping any item for repair please call, as some items may not be serviceable or be very expensive to repair. When shipping to us for service please include a note with maximum information about the problem(s), your Name, address, phone number, shipping instructions and method of payment. Please do not ship any manuals or accessories (pwr cable, mic etc.) unless you suspect they cause the problem.

Our service rates are 84.00 dollars per hour (effective August 1, 2007).
A minimum of 1/2 hour labour will be charged for repair of accessories and any handheld or mobile receiver/transceiver, and a minimum of 1 hour labour will be charged for repair of any base receiver/transceiver (parts not included). Repaired items will have a 30 days labour and parts warranty only on work specified on the repair invoice.

NTF Communications reserves the right to ship equipment for repair to Manufactures Service Center.

LAY-AWAY: NTF Communications Inc. offers a convenient lay-away plan which helps make purchase of your new radio easy. To place any new radio in lay-away for up to sixty days, a 33% deposit is required. 33% more is required at 30 days. The balance is required at 60 days. The item will be shipped after full payment. There are no service or interest charges on lay-away orders.

CONSIGNMENT SALES: NTF Communications Inc. will accept items on consignment sale with commission charge of 25% from sale price. Percentage of commissions may vary and is subject of negotiation. Please call for details.

FOREIGN ORDERS: Foreign orders must be prepaid in U.S. Dollars. We will accept Bank Transfers Only.

(the Company) shall not be liable for any injury sustained, any loss or damage incurred, direct or consequential, arising from the use and/or inability to use any product sold or serviced by the Company. NTF Communications Inc. makes no warranty or representation, neither express nor implied, as to the fitness, design, condition or merchantability of the items found on the Company Catalogs, Price Lists, Internet Home Pages or Advertisement, or their appropriateness for any particular use or purpose.
